There is a front facing pretty patio area, the front door opens into the lounge.
The rear access to the property and un-adopted lane has a simple concreted area that is mid-renovation, hence the lower price per night.

There is a beautifully decorated living room with a feature fireplace, & TV with freeview/NETFLIX.

The corridor leads into the kitchen with breakfast bar.

This then leads towards the downstairs bathroom, with shower cubicle, basin and loo.

Upstairs is the LUXE Master Double Bedroom, and a simple second double bedroom.

*the access path is uneven and rocky country lane. Please take care when coming to access the property from the roadside parking area.*

Car access is NOT allowed down the lane, as farmers require constant access. You will struggle to turn around if you do!
Please park on the roadside,
not blocking the path to buggies/wheelchairs.

Whole house can be accessed, including front and back patio.

I like to say hello in person, but keep to myself otherwise. Your host will meet you and show you around the property & check you out.

Austerfield is a village and civil parish in the City of Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England. It is 1 mile to the north-east of the market town of Bawtry on the A614 road, and adjacent to the hamlet of Newington in Nottinghamshire, close to the River Idle.

Easy access to Bawtry, Doncaster, and surrounding areas. Bus stop is at the end of the lane.

Long term AirBnB considered. Contractors for longer stays, also considered with discounts for regular returns.

Long Term Expectations
Taking the wheelie bin out every Tuesday night. Notify us if any post arrives for the host by accident. Dropping a bit of water on the front flower bed, to keep it looking lovely in hotter months.
Cleaners shall require access to the property every 14 days approximately to change the bedding, towels & a general clean. This shall be arranged as considerately to your schedule, & ours as we possibly can.
